Payments (excluding deposits) made by Credit cards will be subject to a 5% surcharge

| Cancellation Policy;
In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, one nights stay plus 10% of the total booking will be charged
In the event of cancellation on or after the arrival date NO REFUND will
be given
