Please note that the prices are for Bed and Breakfast. Prices may vary throughout the year depending on season, and duration of stay. All prices include breakfast from an extensive menu including a buffet selection. For up to date pricing contact Jean or Angus

Double room from £35pp per night (Prices are for double occupancy)
Twin room from £35 pp per night (Prices are for double occupancy)
Single occupancy from £45pn

All rooms sleep a maximum of two people.

Check In

You may check into your room any time from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Early check in may be available by prior arrangement. If you are arriving early, you are welcome to drop your luggage off at ‘Gruinard’ so that you may enjoy your day sightseeing in Edinburgh.

Check Out

Rooms should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

The full value of the booking will be due if cancellation is within 7 days of arrival.
Up to 8 days prior to arrival (during August) – First night's deposit will be charged
Within 7 days prior to arrival - full value of the booking will be due
No Show or Shortened Stay – full value of the booking will be due

Smoking

Please note that in accordance with UK laws and regulations, we have a no-smoking policy in place within 'Gruinard'. Smoking is permitted within the garden where facilities for smoking are available for guests.

Pets

We are dog lovers ourselves and have a cocker spaniel called Molly. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs to stay overnight. To ensure the comfort of all guests and those that may suffer from allergies we ask that the Dogs have their own bedding and are not permitted on the beds or in the dining room during breakfast.
